The standard delivery fee for all non-bike items is 7.95 EUR.

Returns:

If for some reason you would like to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of purchase provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging.

To return an item, we ask that you contact our customer service team at customerhelp@independent.ie with your name, order number and reason for returning and they will advise the next steps.

Once this item has been received the refund will be processed and will be debited back onto your card within 10 days working days.
