Delivery:

Once you have ordered your bike, you will receive an e-mail from Bizbike Ireland Ltd., the supplier of the Veloci e-bikes, to arrange for the delivery of your new e-bike at a time that suits you. Your bike will be delivered to your chosen location free of charge.
The assembly of your Veloci e-bike will be carried out at your doorstep within 14 days of ordering. The delivery includes:

• The bike is taken out of the box
• The saddle and handlebars are adjusted
• The Pedals are installed correctly

The standard delivery fee for all non-bike items is 7.95 EUR

Returns:

If for some reason you would like to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of purchase provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging. Once this item has been received the refund will be processed and will be debited back onto your card within 10 days working days.
If you would like to return your bike or would like an exchange for a different size or model, you can contact our supplier Bizbike Ireland Ltd. directly within 14 days of receiving the electric bike and their customer service team will arrange to have the original bike collected from your home.
